Yes the area everyone has spoke about a specifically for little ones plus there's another area over where the rides are that are just for the littles as well
Hooks Lagoon is an area that is specifically designed for the smaller family members.
There's an entire water area (Hook's Lagoon) devoted to younger kids. My 4 year year old and 22 month old both have a blast there! There is also the kid area in the rides section that had several great options for little kids. Mine are particularly fond of the Kiddie Combo (different cars that go around a circle).
