Immediately I knew Mark was a guy who had a passion for fixing bikes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed problems that I think even a common bike repair person would overlook. No doubt Mark is blessed with talents to fix a bike and he does it with excellence. I'd like to point out that Mark saved me a few hundred dollars by repairing what was broken instead of replacing the total unit. What I'm trying to say is likely another technician would have just replaced a full unit that didn't need to be replaced and i appreciated mark's honesty in that. I will be going back from here out! Thanks Mark!

Honest, reliable bike technician. I've used Tight Bike in the past for repairs and have always been happy. Recently I called to ask about a new rear derailleur and he asked me a bunch of questions to make sure he understood my situation. He suggested that before I replace it that I try one more thing. I did that and solved the problem. He didn't try to upsell me it convince me to bring it in. In the end he saved me money. That's an honest man.

I’ve so lucky to find a Mark, for tune up and service my bike. After bringing one time your bike to this gentleman, who really love his job, you won’t be servicing your bicycle at any other shops. If you don’t believe me, try it and say I’m wrong.

The best there is at taking the time to make things right! Mainly, it comes down to a desire to do the best work. I am so happy I found a bike technician who listens and works with you. His knowledge is vast and he’s not about the quick buck. Thank you Mark!
