Why have prices increased year round to the usual summer prices? It used to be cheapest at april/may, then increased by the end of may/june. Then the full summer prices (that we're seeing now) from July to the end of summer.

Im pretty sure it's due to covid they've also lost alot of staff and alot of rides have shut down since.

I think they are struggling. Over half their rides are shut down, they don't mention it on their website and charge full price. They need a Class Action suit against them, it's false advertisement.
