I believe you need to bring your own firearm to rent one from them. Something about suicide prevention. Apparently people have just rented guns for that purpose.
I have seen young kids shoot with adult supervision. I think it's as young as 12? But call and double check. There are more requirements then age to rent as well.
I would call the range and ask them directly what the age limit is for shooting.
