There's usually a rush when they first open bunch of old timers they shoot for about an hour so if you show up around 11:30 usually wide open Monday through Friday.
I usually go in the afternoon. Between 1 and 230p with no problem getting a lane. I believe Thursday is lady's day, small spike in the late afternoons generally. At least the Thursdays I've been there.
