WCAN is membership based. To shoot rifle it costs $250 a year, but you won't have to pay lane fees, meaning you could show up 365 days a year and it wouldn't cost you anything to be there. Handguns can be shot if you have a rifle membership, but rifles can't be shot if you have a handgun membership
There are different membership packages, but I know primarily rifle and pistol packages only. If you pay for the rifle package, then you can use both your rifles and your sidearms.
