Yes it is! But its a pretty small space so I wouldnt be bringing infants in car seats!
Kids are welcome but please remember, this is a smaller venue and the noise level can get high sometimes. Just respect others who are out for a nice meal and a relaxing time.

We bring kids all the time. They're pretty quiet and super well-behaved. Sometimes I'm uncomfortable because we have to sit on tall chairs and the floor is cement and it makes me a bit nervous. So yes you can bring kids I wouldn't say it's not kid-friendly but if you want to go out and totally relax and let the kids be crazy might not be your place but if you want a really nice meal and your kids will behave totally the place to go.
I would not bring infants to 5 year olds as this is a small venue & isn't setup for really young children.
