Is there a time limit on parking?

As long as you are staying at the store/shopping center and not parking and then going elsewhere, I do not know of a time limit.

There are a few spots that during the day are reserved for the catering company next door, but they are clearly marked. Other than that, no. Now when the dojo next door holds their kid classes parking does gets scares as parents wait for their kid(s) to finish.
