car wash wasnt working on monday feb 3rd took my 5 dollars and you couldnt get it to work, even had someone else drive through on my 5 dollars and wouldnt work for them either, do we get our money back, or is it our lost, made terrible noise

It use to be a nice car wash but lately it sucks it lets your car spotted and puts sticky stuff stuff on your car
