Most Centers have a Social Worker on staff who has info or resources to help with questions such as yours.
I am not sure. I volunteer there once a month for the legal clinic the King County Bar sponsors. They are really very nice people that work at the Center. If I were you I would call them and ask that question. Sorry. Wish I could help you more.
