I live next to this creek and there is supposedly supposed to be a lot of snakes. Never seen one in my life. What species of snakes are here? And how can I find em?

I have never seen a snake there and walk it alot. Enough vegetation that there is little reason for us to see them. Garter snakes and king snakes would be possible. Lots of lizards and birds
