Friendly service a little slow bur good. Food was greasy and a little over priced. Our server was the best part of the visit.

I feel like every time I go there the service gets worse. I understand if they were packed but I was there with only two other groups at the restaurant and I feel like the server, Savanah completely neglected every table. No refills, checked in maybe once but briefly, put my order in wrong, and what got me the most was the eyeroll I got when I asked for a high chair for my daughter.

We walked in and saw a sign that said they were out of many Staples that are served at Buffalo Wild Wings. We decided to just order other things. Then it took 15 minutes until someone even came to our table. After we ordered, the server came back and said they ran out of the buffalo chicken wrap and we had to order something else. Then when my salad came, she said they ran out of ranch dressing. Then the nachos had the least amount of cheese I have ever seen anywhere. It was a mound of cold chips just tossed on a plate with pieces of chicken and barely any topping. Worst experience ever at any restaurant!

Very disappointed with our visit. Our server wasn't the friendliest and literally rushed off every single time, so we couldn't ask for anything we needed. Our salads took a while to come and only came after our main food. Not only did the salads come late, but our salad dressings were messed up, but she kept insisting that *it was* the correct dressing, which it was not. We also never got our garlic toast that was supposed to come with our salad. We had to ask about it and they said it would be out in 30 seconds since they were grilling it (was way longer than 30 seconds, more like 15 minutes), but we finished our meal by the time it came. The garlic toast wasn't even worth the wait. It literally tasted like microwaved white bread with oil on it. The food is mediocre at best. It was also very dark inside, not a great atmosphere. Overall, not a great experience at all.
