Everywhere but thw ball fields. At the parking lot however, get out 1st and check the water/saturation of ground behind lids area, or......... have a LOT of WetWipes and Towels!!!!!
Offically, no...but i've seen many people bring their dogs to the park, as long as the dog is on a leash and isn't agressive or barks, I don't think anyone would complain.
