The Henderson Boulevard parking lot is indeed small.. If you were to continue up the hill past this lot is Eskridge Street. There is a church at this intersection with plenty of street parking on Eskridge. If you walk about a hundred yards or less back down Henderson you'll find another entrance to Watershed Park that will take you through the same beautiful walkways only from a different starting point.. have fun!
You can park on boulevard st at the entrance of woodland trail, cross the street and enter the park from the other side. Also you can park near the harry legions park, cross the street and enter the park. The park has at least 4 entrances with a small parking lot near by, 2 of them are right next to the park. 1 is at the end of a neighborhood.
I find when the very small lots are full, the shoulder near the lot does a decent job as it's larger than a car. There is also a hotel at the roundabout with a lot of parking.
There is another entrance, but there arent a lot of places to park on tgat side either, usually first come, first serve.
