Awesome question! We have closednall in person dining or seating. We encourage delivery and curbside. For customers that choose to go, we have reduced the public area to an 8x10 space and ask one guest at a time to come in to pick up food. Drivers sanitize everything a million times, including using sanitizer after popping their trunk and getting out of the car. We've spent a small fortune on gloves and make sure that someone on our small team gets tested every other week or so. Everything else, we followed Department of Health guidelines.
