It all depends on what you need
Try going during slower times of the day. They normally just have one or two guys working. They will normally try to help you out fixing whatever you need fixed on the spot but for bigger jobs they might ask to keep it for a while. Obviously they will charge. I'm not sure what their rates are. Honestly unless you've exhausted your resources, half the hobby is fixing your vehicle. I get some people are intimidated by soldering but the rest is just tiny tools and patience. Oh and glueing tires, I still hate glueing tires....
