All the workers here are very nice always. Always helpful and I'm not afraid to talk to them. Prices are a bit high though.

We love going to Hot Topic they always have all the cool clothes and accessories but with the pandemic it make it a hassel to get into store. We had to stand in line for over 30 minutes due to health regulations and capacity limits. Hot Topic once we got into shop was awesome They are always very helpful and polite.

I really appreciate the fact that they only let a certain number of customers into the store at a time. The staff was amazing in asking if I needed help with anything and answering all the questions I had about some of the items being sold there. 💜💜

Hot topic employees do not do the actual piercing itself but they do have jewelry for that. I'd suggest you go to a reputable tattoo/piercing parlor for that.
Yes
I know for sure that they have 3 days grace, but I'm not sure about the others. I'm sure if you looked around the store you could find what your looking for though! Their online shop may also be of help

The sale is up to 50% off select backpacks and yes they have the overwatch backpack but online not sure about in the store.
Sometimes there are better deals online but not too sure on the makeup.
