I went there for a late knee injury, and leg muscle not properly working. went well till I was looked at by a PA in the registration room and not actual the medical room. Felt more of a interrogation than a medical examination. I was also denied seeing a professional doctor when I asked. And was lied to about the hospital with no MRI. I know because I saw the machine MRI room just pass the X-ray. PA and some staff mentioned that I need one by they don't do MRI. bad experience. Sorry but some staff is given the Sutter hospital a bad rep. I hope the bill is not super expensive through this bad experience.

Well this is what I get for trying to give this hospital a chance. Almost 3 hrs and I'm sitting in a chair. I'm just going to go to another emergency room hopefully I will not be treated like how I'm treated here. I have a fever 100.00 and the treat it as if we're nothing. Maybe if I said I had COVID-19 I'd be seen. If I die thank the hospital this fever has been up and down since thursday . I'm just going to order some anitbiotics from online. No need to respond because clearly this problem not been fixed guys just don't come here big mistake!

Really sad this emergency room check in line alone can be as long as 10 people or more at a time! Get more check in staff. So inconsiderate and inefficient!!!
