It seems too small for tours. Everything is enclosed with a restaurant around it. I would guess you cannot.
I believe they do tours. Not sure of hours.
Yes they do tours and I believe they are in the late morning to early afternoon.
They do brewery tours, but not sure if they are scheduled or not.
