Solid Ground is not a part of HUD, which is a federal agency. We are an independent non-profit. We do receive funds from HUD to support our efforts to address homelessness.
They helped me with Dshs and housing after 3 months dshs revoked my housing then a judge reinstated my housing then dshs put me on waiting list. I tried for 3 months to fix things almost getting evicted. Heard about Solid Ground and they legal attorney she got everything back in 2 days and now we sueing DSHS for wrongfully act. Now nothing about HUD but it's a great organization with no money
