The best time and day to shop there is mostly on the weekdays and anytime from the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is best to be done by 1 really so that way you can avoid traffic on I-5 don't even think about going there on the weekends it's crazy as crowded is not worth it
Usually in the mornings we are less crowded and during tourist season it's busy most times.
