Fun shop with all kinds of odd things. Definitely worth the stop. I went on a Sunday morning when there was less traffic downtown. We tried to go Saturday but were overwhelmed by the traffic. There is a parking lot across Alaskan Way that is $12 plus tax for an hour but it is very convenient.

Great spot to find souvenirs from Seattle! You know you’ll be paying a premium for the stuff here. It is an interesting collection of cool and odd stuff all around!

Weird? Check. Historic? Check. Skeletons, dinosaur fossils, bizarre taxidermy, shrunken heads and more? Check. And I love it! So many narwhal tusks, whale bones, saw fish snouts and oddities floating in jars, your neck will tire from looking up, but make sure not to trip. Personal favorite oddity: the vampire extermination kit (apparently containing everything you need) featuring large hammer, wooden stake, silver crucifix, Bible and holy water, all in an attractive carrying case.

If you have kids this is a definite stop on the waterfront. Lots of cool stuff to see and cool toys / collectibles to buy. They have a one arm bandit in there, literally. Their original safe date backs to the early 1900's and they still use it today. Now that's cool.

It is a very cool store. Lots of curious and interesting things to see and buy.
We have an item in our museum collection that is a village scene (The village is Brighton.) and it is made entirely out of cork. This was something that we purchased from Walter Potter's Museum of Curiosity when it closed and was put up for auction some years back. This village scene is over 175 years old. Sorry, it is not for sale but you can come in and view it as it is on display with the rest of our curio collection.
Yes we do have Grow a Girlfriend. We also have Grow a boyfriend. We had been out of them for a while but we just received then both. They sell for $3.95 each. If you don't see what you're looking for make sure to ask one of us. We have a lot of different products and sometimes things are easy to miss. On occasion something didn't get restocked and we have some more in the back. You can always call us first to make sure we have what you want before you come in. 206-682-5844.
We sell lots of bagged items. So it would depend on which item you are talking about.
Yes we sell all kinds of stones, gems and minerals.
Good afternoon, call the phone number indicated above. regards
This shop is very congested with little knick-knacks everywhere. I'm sure you would be able to go in with wheelchair but as far as circling the store that might be difficult.
Our first location actually opened in 1899 so we are 120 years old this year.
Very random products, sells everything from shrunken heads to salt water taffy. You can stay in there for about an hour and not see everything they sell
No it is not. It has been family owned and operated for 120 years.
Hi! No we do not sell fishing licences. I think you can get them at some sports equipment stores or Fred Meyer but you might call first to make call first to make sure.
earlier in the morning before the rush. It gets increasingly more crowded as the day goes on.
