I agree, u should speak to their supervisor, there's no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism, they're not better than anyone else just cuz they work there. I've been fortunate in my visits there, I haven't had an issue like that to deal with. Again though, best thing u can do is talk to their supervisor & let them handle it. If anything, it'll at least be noted in their file & that's never good, especially if it's a recurrent event. Good Luck!
