Who was the cook? The burger and patty melt meat was cooked so hard that we did not enjoy our food. If i had knew it before i got home . I would have taken the food back.

I would have called the manager and told him about it and possibly gotten a free Burger. All according on how well you conduct yourself

From now on I'll just go on East chase. But i'm still going to inform the manger. Because it's not right...

Yep bad food you got to turn around and take it right back show them that they've made a mistake and usually they will fix it for you
