Bad experience. I order a mushroom melt , I think I just got a cheeseburger. No mushrooms. The sandwich was super cold. And fries were cold. Small & taste stall. I would give it a 0. I called & manager answered & hanged up on me. Bad customer service. Would not recommend to go. I would give it a 0 not even a 1.

Chili cheeseburger was excellent! Soooo good…melt in your mouth delicious! Staff was friendly and even came out to the dining room and asked if we wanted refills. Only negative comment I have is the rag an employee was using to clean the tables smelled like mildew.

This is the 1st Griff's hamburger I have had And probably 30 years. For me it was excellent it beats Waterburger. This Griff's in River Oaks was good then today was no exception from the past My Burger was hot the cheese were melted the fries fresh service was fast the server' was polite can't beat it .

Apple Pay no way had to get card came and paid had to see 4 orders though drive through go by they forget to place order the people came after me and the guy his order was wrong got their orders before my was put inRefried french fries not enough gravy for the four peas steak fingers two hamburgers a number one and number three you’re not right so sad
