When does the customers service desk open?

Opens at 10am. Closes 845pm. That's the set and posted time... no exceptions.

Its whenever the store is open. However its very rare to see a person at the desk. If there is no one there ask an employee.

You say they open 8 am and they close at 8 p.m

The same time as the store, but if there's not someone physically there then don't be shy about asking an employee.
