I also am not positive but I do know you can bring outside food there. Most places don't allow that but we brought BBQ and a cake and not a word was said.
I don't remember but it was reasonable. Two of my kiddos had their party there this year
I am not sure probably a hundred bucks it's $25 for for all day for one child
