We have a membership, and we come a few times a week. My kid loves coming here, and for the price, you can't beat it. I think this place should also cater to the parents who bring there children. Have a coffee bar, offer WiFi. Maybe some cozier seating options, that we don't have to pay for. I have never seen an adult working here, this place seems to be operated by a bunch of teenagers, who just rolled out of bed, sweatpants and flip flops, with very little to no customer service experience. The place could use a really good deep clean. Lots of food, crumbs and garbage all over. I feel if I'm paying a membership to be here, you should keep it clean.

Overall this place is really fun and great for the kids. The downsides are that most of staff was not friendly or accommodating and did not seem happy to work there. It's also not very clean at all. The bathrooms were completely wet all over the floor from toilet to sink. I dont know if it was flooded with urine or sink water. There should also be more balls to play with, and someone attending the rope swing. Also $5 to do the harnessed climbing catwalk is ridiculous after paying $25 dollars a person to jump there. I'd go back again, but probably try a different location.

Place is super fun great workout….. Bring your drinks and snacks. Minus one star….The same long line for registration you have to make to buy a bottle of water or snacks….

You can only bring in cake cupcakes, party trays, candy, and water bottles. No pizza or outside drinks.
There is an 7 and under area on the far left side of the park with seating also so you can keep a close eye on your little ones
I thinck so no sure bad have to call the place and this people let you now
I was told it was because they're so busy setting up they can't answer their phones.
Should be, headed there shortly
What is their number? I'll call and check.
We have neon nights every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm-11pm! The cost to jump is our standard rates of $12.75 for 1 hour $16.75 for 90 minutes and $20.75 for 2 hours!
Monday to Thursday: 10 guests $199.00, 20 guests $359.00. Friday to Sunday: 10 guests $239.00, 20 guests $399.00 $100.00 party holding deposit
They seem to always have pop up deals also, usually early. We went one day during the week around noon and it was only $2 an hour. So......ya never know how good it is but yeah, roughly $8 an hour or so.
It is really fun, but at certain times it gets really really busy and you have like barely any space to do anythi by but otherwise it's really fun, unless you get hurt
Yes, look for me and my son we will gladly let you leave a cake, preferably chocolate... Lol! Truly though, you can definitely bring a cake if you rent the space for birthdays and stuff, they have a private area you can also rent. Otherwise, for general attendance they do not like people bringing anything in other then small drinks and snacks.
2 and younger are free. 3 and older 20$ - 29$ depending on jumping time and course. Check website.
2 and younger are free
You can throw parties there and bring your own food. The price has gone up a lot however. If you don't have a membership its 50$ for two kids for 2 hrs. Fun Place However.
They have it on there website. I think it's Friday and Saturday
15 without a parent
Yes, they are open again.
They have different prices depending on when and how long you want to use the facility. Best to go onto their website to get the price that fits your needs.
You dont have to wear a mask while jumping
Not while jumping no but to be inside and to pay or walk around you do need a mask.
They have not been doing neon nights since reopening
No age restrictions. They have a toddler area and toddler time on weekdays.
Yes this people have a place for birth days i thinck have to reserve
Hrs on web site but I know Friday, Saturday til 10/ 11p
Ranges anywhere from 7$ to $13 for several hours or an hour. Depends on the time of day and the day you go to get better deals. It's very affordable. Also need to purchase jump socks that are 3$-4$ each depending on short or long. Very good quality
Single Jumper Rates 1 hour pass: $12.75 90 minutes pass: $16.75 2 hour pass: $20.75 Jumping Grip Socks (required) Short $3.00 Long $3.50 Socks are reusable
$11.75 for 1 hour, and $20.75 for 2 hours on Saturday and every other day other than Monday.
I don't know about phones but they answered email pretty quickly when I wanted to do a birthday party with them.
I brought my 2(almost 3 this month) yr old along with my 7 yr old recently. And they had an area were smaller kids can bounce. She had never gone to this particular location before but we have been to elevated sports in Bothell, which is similar. But I liked this Marysville location. You can see the kids better as the floor plan is open is more open and not as many walls and other things in the way. The little kids(toddler) bouncing area is fairly large at thhe Marysville location. I liked it better for my 2 yr old. My 7 yr old spent more time over in the toddler section with my 2 yr old cause it was calmer and there was only her and her sis and a few other kids that came by every now and then. I just let her bounce and she figured it out and had a blast in the short time(maybe an hour) that we spent here for a bday party. My opinion.. 😊
Um I believe that they have to be in the building and kind of watch you but other than that you can be by your self to bounce around.
There are 1 hour, 2 hour, and all day passes.
Doubles or triples what
Officially no, but I've seen people doing doubles there.
It should be. They are usually on Saturday and Sunday night.
I think you have to bring one
Its about $12 each fir one hour.
There are usually coupons in the towns local circular that will give you an hour free if you pay for the first hour.
You must buy they're socks as well. Not sure if price above reflects that. But socks are yours after purchase and as long as you keep them you can re use them
Idk call and fond out
They told me you do not have to sign one everytime you just do it once and your good
You can buy tickets at the door
It's like $20 without socks
There are basketball hoops, a foam pit, food....good times. They have races and games for all ages.
I also am not positive but I do know you can bring outside food there. Most places don't allow that but we brought BBQ and a cake and not a word was said.
Depends on what reservations are for. If you are booking a group event or birthday party, I suggest you do call ahead to have a table. This place gets booked up quickly and there are a ton of kids on the weekend.
Snacks and drinks you would get in vending machines and if you want to you can bring your own food
Depends on the day average price is 11.25 plus $2 for socks. They are always having specials though so look on the website.
There isn't an weight limit but there is two age restrictions in the far right is the 12 and up area and the far left is the 7 and under area, those are like the only restrictions
Legal working age, your able to work there when your legally able to work at any other place
No but they must have a waiver. If they're a minor an adult must fill it out for them either online on waiver machines in the building.
2 and under jump free, average price is 11.75 for one hour, 19.75 for two. Plus tax. There is also discounts on certain days and times.
