There really isn't much seating at all. There are a couple of booths/tables (i do mean a couple, just 2 or 3!), plus several (maybe up to 10) stools at the bar. The room the stage faces might have a table or two tucked away, but it's more of a dance hall than a theatre. Unless you're in a wheelchair, don't expect anyone to notice that you may need some help. Since it is Seattle, if you do have a chair or at least a walker, people will typically help you to the front so you can see the band.
Give them a call. I bet they would reserve a space. At least worth asking
I would agree with getting there early. For seated events they have fold up chairs, so you should be able too find a spot for yourself.
Get there very early.
