Currently the PTMSC does not have an octopus on display. I belive the marine science center in Port Angeles has one on display currently.
Yes, the Feiro Marine Center in PA has an Octopus.

At this time we have at PTMSC a great Pacific octopus and two red octopus. We at times have octopus in our tanks, others no octopus. Call 360-385-5582 to get updates.

There is a small female red octopus ar PTMSC, I saw it Sarurday 10/6/18
Well we just arrived at Pt Angeles Feiro Marine center and found out they have NO OCTOPUS, and have been with out for about 2 years. They have been actively looking but this far none have been found...as yet.
