Can you ride a bike here? Do they have bikes to rent or those yellow ones around this area?

There are no rentals, but you can ride through this park (commuters go through part of it every day)

I did ride a bike through it. That works great on the boardwalk or wide paths. On the east side there are some very steep trails, nearly hiking trails. Doable with a mountain bike, but must go slow (share with people walking and also just to avoid flying out of the trail).
