A nice little park close to Bellevue downtown. The park has restrooms and showers. They even have life jacket rental during summer months. A great place to launch your kayak. Has lot Of picnicking spots. There is also a kids play area. There is a nice beach you can sit and enjoy the lake view. It’s a great place to enjoy your evening. There is limited parking by the park too.

This park is beautiful in all seasons and at all times. And during summers provides an easy access for standup paddling and kayaking in the lake Washington because of an REI location right there.

Good size park. Not very big, neither super small. Pathways and piers are well built. Have dedicated kids area to play. Sufficient benches installed. Great view of sunset. We got lucky to see a seaplane takeoff and land. Ample of parking.

Great beach and great view! I like to walk around here during the sunrise and the sunset. The view is amazing all the time. Beach opens during summer, so swimming and other water sports open as well. The landing stage is a great place to enjoy view. The parking lot has tree, which is great for running, walking. A playground is here, and picnic areas. Mind the spiders while sitting in the chair. I also found someone live nearby always put some surprise with ladybirds: sometimes it’s ladybirds toys in the tree, sometimes drawing on the rocks. It is fun to find these ladybirds. (And if you find this someone’s final setting of ladybirds with frogs, it’s like to find the end of a maze!)

Yes. They also have kayak rentals right there at the REI boathouse
Dogs are not officially allowed on the beach, however I saw several on the sand on leashes. There are signs posted that say, "no dogs". I also saw a dog in the water on a paddleboard. Have fun!
Not yet (on 7/19): pier, boat rental and kids playground are closed.
Up across the street there's more parking
Its first come first serve basis
Yes, there are changing rooms and showers outside to rinse off the lake water.
There's on-street parking on the lake side of the street. There's some parking along the driveways with only a few handicap spots. There's a small parking area in the park.
