Pickups and returns are easy with the on-site lockers, and there is always someone working the desk to help if needed. Convenient right off of I-90 in southeast Bellevue. The parking lot is small, but I’ve never been delayed getting in or out.

I visited this extremely busy hub today and was amazed watching employee, Dionne, handle each and every customer with such ease. She acknowledged each person as they walked in and advised them what to do as EVERYONE appeared to be in a hurry. All the while she was using her scanner too. A customer, I thought, was extremely rude and she handled him with such grace. I would love to have her on my team..she is a real asset.
