Can you do console repairs? I've got a new nintendo 2ds xl with an unresponsive R button

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do perform some retro repairs such as pin connector and battery replacements, but unfortunately, we do not do any repairs on Nintendo 2DS units. I'd suggest trying to clean out the button contacts, but if that or other repairs are not possible, we do sell replacement 2DS and 3DS consoles too! :)

I believe they sell repair parts, but don't offer repair services.
