You dont actually adopt the wolf, Wolf Haven keeps custody. You also likely won't be the only person who has "adopted" them. It is more like sponsoring the wolf.

Is a phone camera sufficient? Based on the original email I was going to bring my Canon 7D but it appears the wolves are kept behind chainlink fences (I understand) which would prevent high quality photos. Don’t want to lug it around if unnecessary.
