He will need it only if required by the government in Jordan. To fly he will only need a mask and the appropriate paperwork
no they will ask him several question to determine if he has been exposed and if he needs to be tested. if answer s those questions negatively he will then empty his pockets and have his bag and him extra and ask if there are any liquids that can combust once all of that's done they will swab his hand to make sure he hasn't been makings bombs then he will pass through to which ever gate he s assigns if on his trip he doesn't out of the. l of the airports he passes he won't have to do that again. but if he wants to smoke or something he would go outside fhen e would have to go through the process again.
