I am trying to move my Mom to Olympia. She is in a wheelchair and I cannot transfer her. Is there someone who can transfer her from the airplane to a wheelchair? She is 92 years old and weighs 85 pounds.

When you book your ticket, you can request wheel chair services and other assistance at that time, even when you check in for the flight the request can be made then.

As has been said, you can request wheelchair assistance when booking the flight. It never hurts to check the reservation a few days in advance to make sure that the request is clearly on the booking!
