They are cooked and prepared with separate equipment but in the same area. We cannot guarantee zero contamination.
Our kitchen is a small space where we do our best to keep gluten from gluten free items. The gluten free pasta is prepared in its own pasta water but we only have one fryer so fried items aren’t prepared separately. As a general rule if are severely allergic to gluten our restaurant may not be the best place for you.
