It'll be very hard to find anyplace under a hundred dollars without extremely sacrificing quality. You may find a BnB close but not sure. Yippy can always take a chance with Trivago. They say they have 55 hotels under $100.00. There is a Brest Western Plus at 1901 Killebrew Dr, Bloomington, MN 55425 that advertise under $100.00.
That's kind of a hard question. If there's some sort of deal going on with one of the hotel's you might be able to find something like that, but you'll typically never be able to find a place under a hundred to stay near some sort of major attraction like this.
