No. Most stores are cheap, but some sections of the mall, other than Nick Universe are aimed at "Fine Shoppers" like the rich. So in whole, its pretty much starting at $1 from Dollar tree to some expensive from Apple store or a Kay Jewelers
Yes it is very expensive except dollar tree.
It's a regular shopping mall, just much bigger. The higher end shops are mostly on the first floor. The pricing depends on what you're looking for.
