Do you need to have a reservation if you want to for sure get a table on a Friday evening, or is it still first come first served (as soon as your entire party is present)?

There are no reservations. You can still call ahead to get information on wait times, but you cannot reserve a table.

First come first serve

I've only ever seen them seat based on first come, first served basis. The line can get but long during rushes.
