I'm curious as to why we have to physically come into the facility to cancel a membership? I understand you might want to attempt to talk someone out of it. Makes sense, but shouldn't that be something that can be done over the phone?
Can I ask a question. They temporary close from Nov 18 through Dec 14, but they still charge my money on Dec11??? Should they return my money??
