I’ve been doing OTF for almost two years and Milly is one of my favorite studios to take classes at. The front desk is always great at greeting everyone and remembering names. That goes a long way. They even know what station I like starting with, which makes me commend their great memory. Cat, Cam, and Jon are great coaches. Every coach makes sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, making it seem like you have a personal trainer in a group class setting. With my schedule, I mostly attend Jon’s classes and he definitely makes the class fun and the 60 minutes fly by so fast (he also plays good music so you can feel like you’re at an EDM rave or your high school dance with the throwbacks but instead you’re at the gym working out). Jon and the other coaches love helping everyone succeed and push themselves to become stronger and reach their fitness goals. They are really good at remembering names and being your personal cheerleaders/coaches throughout the class. I would definitely recommend OTF or giving it a try. I hated my first class (since I joined during Hell week) and I hated working out but I am going almost two years strong into doing OTF and it has become a highlight to my day after leaving work since I know I’ll (ironically) have fun working out.

Cam and Jonathan should be coaching every class. They're really easy going and keep everything simple and are good motivators. They crack jokes and its just a pleasant environment to be in. Workouts are ALWAYS great!!!

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year now and I find it to be the perfect place to workout. The gym is always neat and the four individual bathrooms with showers are always kept clean and stocked.

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
