I would call and explain the situation. I believe there would be a cost, but they are really great about seeing what they can do for service men and women. I would stop by and ask for Chip Duncan. As long as he isn't too busy, I am sure he would be happy to sit down with you in their USO area for some coffee and a cookie so that he can listen to what you need and see what he can do. They really are a great place to stop by and they have a huge area upstairs for events.
