If i am respectful of others experience in the garden, and the space itself, would it be feasible to bring a beauty lamp inside for a photoshoot with a model, mua, and assistant?

It's a public park so yes, wedding parties have used it. But inside the conservatory is not. You would need permission.

The Conservatory now requires you to arrange in advance any 'photoshoot'.
