Beautiful garden. Well worth the price of admission, $4 as of July 2022, especially considering free parking is abundant. Staff was extremely friendly and their passion for the work was obvious. Gift shop was very cute. Definitely will be back when in the Seattle area.
Car Don
Plants and flowers from all over the world. Make sure to download a plant identification app so you can learn what everything is. Definitely worth going and I will be back!

For $4 you get to walk through several different rooms, including a bromeliad room, a seasonal room, and (my favorite and the warmest) the cacti room. The architecture and strikingly large plants make for a perfect photo shoot backdrop. Or use it as a warm getaway during the cold weather. A quiet and peaceful date that lasts maybe an hour. Walk around volunteer park afterwards too!

This is one of our favorite places to come and relax in Seattle. So much history here, such a beautiful place. Keep the heavy coat in the car as it’s warm inside. Highly recommend a visit when in Seattle for the day.

Probably not, unless you're lucky enough to find a long spot along the road through the park.
It was 4$ when you walk in at the ticket kiosk and there is normally an employee there to assist if needed
It's a public park so yes, wedding parties have used it. But inside the conservatory is not. You would need permission.
10AM to 4PM expect Mondays.
Go to https://volunteerparkconservatory.org/ There's a donate link and a 'become a member' link

Yes, according to the website the Volunteer Park Conservatory is open year-round including all non-Monday holidays. The only day that they usually close is on Mondays. Enjoy your visit on the first day of 2019!
No sorry, there is a Dog park right outside the door though and the park is Dog friendly! Hope that helps!
