Baseball ranges from 45-75mp, there are 3 slow pitch softball cages and one fast pitch softball cage. Fast pitch softball is adjustable if needed
I think there's 4 different speeds. There's pretty much a speed for all age groups.

it looked like there were a few cages that had different speeds when I was there yesterday.
