Is there a place to get breakfast nearby here? Maybe within walking distance?

Not much for breakfast besides Starbucks and anthem coffee. There is elemental pizza and the Swiss. It is close to UW. So some good food. Have fun it's a great museum

Evergreen Cafe is super close to the museum. They have cheap breakfast and lunch. Savor Tacoma Creperie is close too.

There is a cafe called Evergreen Cafe that is literally across the street on the same side of Pacific. Starbucks, a cute little place near Starbucks (name escapes me), and a crepe place.

There is a few places including starbucks.or at freighthouse square which is a free trolley ride from the Tacoma dome parking garage...which. is across from Freighthouse square.

There's a Starbucks down the street (5 min walk) that has bagels, pastries, and some prepackaged food (including cheese and fruit and applesauce). There are a number of restaurants by the Starbucks (and one directly across from the museum), but I don't know of they serve breakfast.

There is a McDonald's thats not far but its a uphill walk there.

There's a brunch spot literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Not sure if they are family friendly, but I bet they'd whip up a killer to go order.
