It depends on what entrance you go into. If you enter the north entrance then when you get to the directory you go to the right past Victoria secret and follow it around and when you come to the brietling watch store you go to the left and it should be right there

There are several Lids stores throughout the MOA on multiple levels. Honestly, there's so many of them you'd be hard-pressed to not find one every 5 minutes of walking. For the most up to date store listings and locations, go to the official MOA website.

There are Lids hats store on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor. If you hit one of the directory kiosks, it'll give you the exact location, and how long it would take you to walk there.
