Tram from airport then get lyft or cab. Connecting to a bus that stops near cruise terminal will result in walking a mile, part of the walk will be along a dirt path.

Take the Tram from the airport to downtown Seattle. (This will cost only 3 dollars) Then Uber or Lyft from there. (About 25 dollars depending on volume of requests)
Taxi
TAXI and be sure there is plenty of room for all your luggage !
Are y driving or taking a Uber ? I’m Uber driver and in my opinion the best way for you is just grab a Uber by the airport and then go all the way to the port. I’ve done this so many times with my passengers and we never had any problem.
